Her career spans executive and senior leadership roles, including Vice President of HR Strategy, Change, Learning & Policy at Metrolinx, Country Head of HR at CompuCom, and VP of Human Resources at Quantrics (Bell Canada’s global venture in the Philippines). Liz has led enterprise-wide transformations for workforces of up to 7,000 employees, launched national and global talent strategies, and sustained engagement scores above 90% in high-growth and complex environments.
As a neurodivergent consultant and facilitator, Liz is known for translating systemic challenges into practical, people-centered solutions. She has designed award-winning performance management systems, restructured HR delivery models to improve efficiency by double digits, and built graduate programs that expanded candidate pipelines by more than 160%. With advanced training in facilitation, she brings a collaborative, solutions-driven approach that empowers leaders to embrace change and achieve measurable results.
Through Elizabeth McCurdy Works Inc., and in addition to a thriving HR Consulting business, Liz leads initiatives including the Inclusive Leadership Baseline—a practical framework for building workplaces where inclusion doesn’t have to be requested—and the InsideHR Podcast, which publicizes day to day HR Consultations to expose hidden workplace truths and equip people with tools to navigate and transform the world of work.
